Read Me First

WYSIWYG - What you see, is what you get. All the images are of the product you are actually buying. Each and everyone of our products we sell are photographed by us so you are sure to get what is pictured. 

DOA

  • Dead on Arrival – Contact us immediately, please. With any issues with your package. We want to immediately rectify the situation and ensure you have an awesome coral.
  • Document – Although rare, we may ask to see an image(s) of your damaged/dead item and image(s) of your damaged box.
  • Reporting Period – We kindly ask that you report and document any items within 2 hours of receiving your item. That is ample time to open your item and immediately asses any issues, although rare, and begin the acclimation process.
  • Credit – Since our items are WYSIWYG, we will issue a full refund if we can determine that your item died in transit. Remember, you need to document any issues within 2 hours of receiving our item. 
  • Carriers – Rarely, our carrier, UPS, will not deliver the package when forecasted to. This is rare, however, solely the responsibly of the carrier. We cannot be held liable for this.

Acclimation Guide

  • Coral Dipping – Although we do our best to ensure we have pest free tanks, it is always wise to ensure you dip your corals prior to adding them to your system. We dip our corals, even from our highly trusted suppliers.
  • Dips – We personally use CoralRX and Revive. Please follow the instructions provided by the manufactures.
  • Floating – Upon receiving your item, it is strongly encouraged that you float your bag(s) in your tank for 15-20 minutes. This allows the water inside the bag to reach the temperature of your tank water.
  • Returns – Simply put, we do not accept returns. We ship what you see, hence, if you do not want it, please do not buy it. 
  • Water - We recommend adding small amounts of water, after the bag has completed floating, until you add about 2-3 times the original bag volume. We would recommend adding one 1/2 cup (4 ounces) every five minutes to adjust your new coral to your tank water.
  • Add to Tank - As with any new coral, we would always recommend starting your coral towards the bottom of your tank to allow proper lighting acclimation. You may want to take 1-2 weeks to slowly move your item to the recommend lighting area. 
  • Handling Corals - It is always recommend that you handle a coral gently, and by the base of the coral when possible. We personally wear gloves when handling our corals to ensure a safer experience with the coral and to ensure we are properly protected. 

Shipping

  • Shipping Date – Since this purchase requires coordination, we will contact you prior to your purchase you are able to receive your purchase on the date you desire. We will confirm the date you can receive, such as Tuesday through Friday.
  • Shipping – We will not ship until we hear back from you. If we do not hear from you within 48 business hours, we will issue a full refund. 
  • Contiguous USA – Due to the cost of shipping, and shipping restrictions, we currently only ship to the 48 contiguous sates.
  • Shipping Windows – Currently, we only ship Tuesday through Thursday. This means that you can only receive your product on Wednesday through Friday, since we ship our items Next Day Air w Signature Required. Please ensure you are able to receive Wednesday through Friday. If you are unable to receive during this window, please do not place an order without contacting us for special delivery.
  • Cost - We ship Monday through Thursday via UPS Next Day Air for a flat rate of $49.99 USD per package; order over $250.00 USD ship for free. The shipping cost includes the cost of packaging materials as well as a heat or cold pack depending on the season. Next Day Air delivery by 10:30 am or 12:00 noon, depnding on destination. 
  • UPS Hold - Items being shipped to a UPS holding facility must be picked up within 2 business hours after opening of UPS holding facility. 
  • Rejection - If your item is rejected by you, we will be unable to issue a refund. Please ensure you are able to receive this breathing and living coral.
  • Please Note - We cannot ship any aquarium life to Hawaii, APO addresses, Post Office Boxes, Puerto Rico, other U.S. Territories, or other countries.

Returns

  • Returns – Simply put, we do not accept returns. We ship what you see, hence, if you do not want it, please do not buy it.
